Came in for brake inspection and tire rotation. They couldn't find my appointment wanted to charge me for a rotation even though I purchased the tires from them. Then tried to charge me seven hundred and fifty dollars for brake parts that I didn't even need said I needed full break replacement. come to find out after getting a second opinion that the problem was in my parking brake. All of this , after telling them that I was about to make a thousand mile trip , and I needed my vehicle to be safe. They're carelessness and greed could have put me in danger. Will never use this shop again.

I am from out of town and I needed a tire balance, I had made an appointment the day before for 12pm. I needed to be back home and the drive is about 4 hours. They gave us a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. Then 2 1/2 hours pass and they still hadn’t worked on the car and they said it would be another hour. Then another hour passes and we call again!!!! And they leave us on hold but then we call off my boyfriend’s phone and they answer but had us on hold for 30 minutes!!! They said oh we were going to call you. We waited 6 hours for them to get it done and they didn’t even touch our truck!!!!! Worst place ever don’t ever come here they will just lie to you and won’t get anything done.

No stars. Had an appointment for a brake inspection and a oil change. They kept me waiting 2 1/2 hours to do that job. Reason, not enough mechanics. For 2 hours i looked inside the bays and only saw 1 mechanic performing work on several cars. Therefore, Why on earth would a business offer appointments on their website then not honor those appointment times. NOT ENOUGH MECHANICS. I Will not go back to this pepboys.

NOTE: if 0.5 stars was avalible, they would be lucky to be getting that! I had my vehicle's A/C check and serviced here. After their "apparent" diagnostic, the technician stated all that was required was an system charge. Nothing stating anything about any leaks to indicate why the system was needing to be charged. couple hundred dollars later, the A/C still wasn't working. This place doesn't have fully qualified techs to perform these repairs. They are just as good as lube techs at the quick lube centers.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! Dropped my car off at 11am to have a wheel alignment done on this vehicle. I then had to call the store and figure out what was going on with my vehicle as the initial diagnostic of the vehicle stated that the tech Jordan R stated that he tried to Lubricating and heating the tired rods that were seized together but the alignment couldn't be completed without re-doing the tire alignment ok sign me up. I wait 5 Motherflipping hours for this vehicle to be worked on. I do all of my errands and go back to the shop and my car is still on the lift. Ok cool not a problem I scroll my life away still waiting for my car to be done. It's about 5:30 when the gentleman in the front advises me that my car is done. Ok I go pay for my vehicle tell the gentleman to have a good day. I get inside of my vehicle turn it on and my TSC light is illuminated along with a message that states that the Steering assist in my vehicle is reduced. So I go inside and advised the cashier that hey there is a light on in my vehicle that wasn't there prior. To my surprise the mechanic BOLTED away and was no longer there and available. So now I have to go to Pep Boys again tomorrow bright and early
